Data deletion

The short version

• Stop Goose reading an account. Disconnect it on the Integrations page. Goose deletes its stored sign-in or key at once.
• Erase a brand's data. Delete the brand under Settings. Goose erases everything it kept for that brand.
• Close your organization or your account. Email help@gooseworks.ai and we'll delete it.

Disconnect an account

You can stop Goose reading any account you connected, at any time.

1. Sign in to GooseWorks at growth.gooseworks.ai.
2. Open Integrations.
3. Open the account, press Disconnect, then confirm.

Goose deletes its stored sign-in or key and stops reading the account. For every account except Meta, it also deletes the numbers it saved. The privacy policy lists what goes for each account.

Meta

Disconnect Meta. On Integrations, open Meta and press Disconnect. Goose deletes its stored Meta sign-in and stops reading your ad accounts.

What stays. The results Goose already read stay with your brand, so your history stays whole. To erase them, delete the brand under Settings, or email help@gooseworks.ai.

What Goose erases. When the brand is deleted, Goose erases everything it kept from Meta:

• Your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets and ads, with their settings
• Budgets, schedules, targeting, ad copy and Meta's review notes
• Daily results, such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks and purchases
• Your Meta pixel's checks
• The copy it saved of each ad's thumbnail picture

End access on Meta's side. In your Facebook settings, open Business integrations and remove GooseWorks.

Google

Disconnect Google Analytics or Google Ads. On Integrations, open the account and press Disconnect. Goose deletes the stored Google sign-in and everything it saved from that property or ad account.

End access on Google's side. Remove GooseWorks from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections. If you added Goose's email address to a property or ad account instead, remove it there.

Delete a brand

Owners and admins of an organization can delete any of its brands.

1. Sign in to GooseWorks at growth.gooseworks.ai.
2. Pick the brand, then open Settings.
3. Under Delete brand, press Delete, type the brand's name, then press Delete brand.

Goose disconnects every account the brand connected and stops its work at once. About 30 minutes later, Goose starts erasing everything it kept for the brand: brand facts, files, research, saved ads, connected-account data, Meta results and its records of AI requests. You can't undo this.

Delete your organization

An owner can ask us to delete an organization. Email help@gooseworks.ai from the address you sign in with, and name the organization.

Access ends at once for every member, and its plan stops. We keep the organization for 30 days in case you change your mind. Email us within those 30 days to get it back. After that, Goose deletes it for good, with all its brands and everything in them.

Delete your account

Email help@gooseworks.ai from the address you sign in with, and we'll delete your account.

• An organization where you are the only member is kept for 30 days, then deleted for good. Email us within those 30 days to get it back.
• If you own an organization that other people use, make one of them an owner first.

Your AI app

To stop an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT reaching your GooseWorks data, remove GooseWorks from that app's connectors. To end its access on our side too, email help@gooseworks.ai.

What we may keep

• Limited records the law requires, such as billing and tax records.
• Backups, which are deleted on our normal backup rotation rather than at once. We don't use them to run GooseWorks.
