Who these terms are with

GooseWorks is a product of Athina AI, Inc., a company registered in the United States under company registration number 7697280, at 535 Mission St 14th floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. These terms are an agreement between you and Athina AI, Inc. ("GooseWorks," "we," "us" or "our"). In these terms, "Goose" means the GooseWorks service doing the work.

By signing in to GooseWorks, or by using it from your AI app, you agree to these terms. If you use GooseWorks for a company, you agree for that company and confirm that you may do so.

What GooseWorks does

GooseWorks is a growth coworker for online brands. Goose learns your brand from your website and reads the accounts you connect. It answers questions about your business in GooseWorks and in the AI app you add it to. Goose makes changes in Klaviyo and Pinterest Ads only when you ask for that change in your AI app. You make every other change in your accounts yourself.

Your account

• GooseWorks is not intended for anyone under 16 years old.
• Keep your sign-in safe, and give us true details about yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens in your organization, including what the people you invite and the AI apps you connect do there.
• If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at once at goose@gooseworks.ai.

Accounts you connect

Connect only accounts you own or have permission to connect. Each connection also follows that company's own terms: Google, Meta, Shopify, TikTok, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Stay AI, OneText, Amazon and Windsor. You can disconnect any account at any time, and our privacy policy says what Goose reads and keeps for each one.

Your AI app

When you add Goose to an AI app such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor, the company behind that app provides it under its own terms. We aren't responsible for what that app does with what Goose sends it at your request.

Your content

You own what you upload and what Goose reads for you. You let us store and process it only to run GooseWorks for you. You confirm that you have the right to give it to us.

Goose's answers

Goose's answers, brand facts and suggestions come from AI models, and they can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them, especially before you spend money. You decide what to do with them.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or help someone else break it.
• Reach accounts or data you don't have permission to use.
• Upload malware, try to break into GooseWorks, or overload it on purpose.
• Copy or scrape GooseWorks itself, or resell it without our written permission.
• Use Goose to build profiles of individual people.

Credits, plans and payment

Each new organization gets 1,000 credits free. Reading your website is free. Credits pay for extra work, like reading more pages about a competitor or searching social posts. Current plans and prices are on our home page.

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, and they renew until you cancel. On a paid plan you can buy more credits. You can change or cancel your plan in GooseWorks under Plan & usage.

Credits from a plan are for the plan month they come with. When a new plan month starts, last month's unused plan credits end, and any left when your plan ends go with it. Credits you buy and your free sign-up credits aren't affected.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If a plan is charged twice by mistake, GooseWorks refunds the extra charge on its own. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Changes to GooseWorks

We work to keep GooseWorks running and safe, and we may add, change or remove features. If we shut GooseWorks down, we'll tell you ahead of time so you can take your data.

Ending your use

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You can stop using GooseWorks at any time and ask us to delete your account. When your account ends, your right to use GooseWorks ends at once, and your data may be deleted as our privacy policy describes.

Disclaimer of warranties

We provide GooseWorks "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will grow your sales.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we change the date at the top. If a change matters to how you use GooseWorks, we'll email you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
